Make Your PC Speak!

Here’s a little text-to-audio converter I’ve fiddled with! Just enter your text, and your PC will say it out loud!

Simply open notepad and save the following as a .vbs

Dim msg, sapi
msg=InputBox(“Enter your text for conversion:”,”o99 Tech Text-To-Audio Converter”)
Set sapi=CreateObject (“sapi.spvoice”)
sapi.Speak msg

Make your CAPS Lock Blink Continually

Here’s another VBS trick for you! This trick will turn your caps lock on and off over and over again! Great for pranking friends!

1) Open Notepad.

2) Copy and Paste the following Code in Notepad :

Set wshShell =wscript.CreateObject(“WScript.Shell”)

do

wscript.sleep 100

wshshell.sendkeys “{CAPSLOCK}”

loop

3) Save it as CapsBlink.vbs Making sure you select “all files” as the file type.

4) Now run the file!

As usual, if you want to stop a VBS trick, open task manager and end the wscript.exe process.

N.B. There is an incorrect code for this on a lot of other websites. I have fiddled around with it and substituted certain characters for others to make it work.

Make your Keyboard Type A Message Repeatedly

This funny prank virus will allow you to make a keyboard type and message over and over again! Try this after closing any important programs.

Open Notepad, copy the code given below and save the file as file.vbs or *.vbs. You can replace the quoted text on the third line with whatever you want your message to be!

Set wshShell = wscript.CreateObject(“WScript.Shell”)

do
wscript.sleep 100
wshshell.sendkeys “This is a Virus. You have been infected.”
loop

Send this file to your friends as an email attachment to see the fun! To stop it, either restart your computer or end the wscript.exe process in task manager.

Make a Cool Personal Log with Notepad

Make a Personal Diary(Log) with Notepad (Easter Eggs)!

You can use this trick to create a personal log with Notepad which will automatically include the current date and time before your note. To do so, open Notepad and type .LOG in capital letters and press Enter. Save the file. Now, every time you open this file, notepad will automatically insert the current time and date before the note. Just enter your note and save the file each time after making an entry!

Simple!
